BEFORE WASHING:
Empty pockets and fully zip prior to washing. Turn the garment inside out. Avoid washing your garment alongside items with velcro, snaps, or rough fabrics.
DETERGENTS:
Use mild detergent or soap designated for fine or delicate washables. Do NOT use fabric bleach or fabric softeners
WASHING & DRYING:
Cold water and hang dry.
POOL USE:
We donβt recommend frequent pool use. Overtime, the material will be compromised. Remember to thoroughly rinse your garment after every use. Chlorine is bleach needs to be thoroughly rinsed off.

Comfortable, true to fit. wicks away moisture, comfy while biking. I got 1st place in my triathlon and I was wearing these shorts. The shorts didnt improve my performance but they maintained my comfort level , allowing me to maintain focus on the race and not worrying a second about comfort level.

Pretty good fit and held up well on my first ride. Pad is just right for the ride. The material is a bit thin, so I don't know how well they'll do for modesty on the run. At 5'9" and 150 lbs, I think I might be somewhere between small and medium. I went with the medium. I was also worried about the 7" inseam being too short, but it was just right for me.

These are great triathlon shorts, although they take a bit getting used to if you're used to cycling in cycle shorts with a much thicker pad. Obviously that thick pad is no bueno coming out of the water, so the thinner pad is necessary to dry more quickly. But it did lead to some saddle soreness the first couple of times that I went on hour+ long bike workouts.
Otherwise, they've held up very nicely, even through a couple of swim-bike and bike-run brick workouts. Careful getting out of the pool if you're doing laps on a swim workout - the mesh material is on the thinner side and I scratched up the backside pretty good on an uneven pool deck. Very comfortable - I will buy these again if / when I need another pair.

As an All-American Ironman Triathlete. I do a lot of training. So as soon as I tried my pair of shorts on, I went to Amazon and purchased another pair. They feel so smooth and comfortable. I have tons of shirts and jerseys, but not a lot of shorts. A good set of shorts for training makes all the difference. These aren't too long so to bind your legs, they aren't too short to make you feel like you are wearing booty shorts. They are just the right length for me. The pad feels like a little too much right now while running, but they are still new and it will break in to be just right in the end I feel. For biking it feels good. I really prefer a minimal pad to avoid bunching.
I haven't tried these in the pool because I already have swimsuits and chlorine kills. I will probably will never use these in a race because I prefer an all in one tri-suit for racing. These are not too tight. If you are looking for $100 compression tights, these are not it, but for training I think these will be great.

The padding on these shorts is thinner than usual. But that's the way it is intended.
I have used these shorts on two 4+ hour 60 mile bike rides. They were comfortable. Fit well around the thighs as well.
I am 6 feet tall and waist 34 inches. The size L fit me perfectly. I haven't run in them. But I am sure that will be fine as well.
I have been using this for over a year now. I have swam, biked and run in these.
