You can chose your desired temperature, anywhere from 35 - 75 degrees. Set and forget
How do you keep the water clean?
Each unit comes with a filter and spare filter. We recommend changing out every 3-4 months or whenever you see the filter looking dirty
What is the guarantee?
We provide 1 year manufacturer warranty
Is it portable?
Yes, 100%. However, please be realistic, you'll need to empty the water and transport the cold bath, so it's not as if it happens automatically. However, the process of deflating and inflating the tubes is super easy
What material is this made of?
Each tub is made from an inflatable technology that uses layer of horizontal multidirectional polyester threads that are sandwiched between 2 layers of reinforced PVC
What size should I get?
Both the black (low and long) and the white, hot tub style, would fit for both men and women, it comes down to which you prefer.
What is the ideal temperature
There is plenty of literature out there regarding effective ranges of temperature. We suggest you start high and move down. For example, many professional triathletes and pros in other sports like it at about 34 degrees to target inflammation. If mental health is your goal, you may consider a higher temperature. Our CEO uses his plunge daily and prefers 41 degrees.
How easy it it to assemble?
Super easy, the inflation process takes only minutes. From there you need to find your best location, as once you fill the tub with water, you can't move it until you empty the water out. Once you have your locaiton, connect the tubes as per the instructions and apply the tourniquet to prevent leaks. Also make sure to insert the water filter.
