  1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to those who enter using the online form at https://sls3.com/pages/contest-uk and who are 18 years old or older as of the date of entry. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of SLS3 and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be bound by these rules and confirms that You meet the eligibility requirements above.
  3. Campaign Period: The start and end dates for each promotion run under these terms will be stated in that promotion’s own entry materials (e.g. the specific entry page, email, or social media post).
  4. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted using the online form provided at https://sls3.com/pages/contest-uk. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities will be disqualified. There is no charge to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  5. Prize Details: The specific prize and its approximate retail value in GBP will be stated in the entry materials for each promotion. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Where the prize is physical goods, it will be fulfilled from SLS3’s UK warehouse and delivered to the winner within the United Kingdom, with no delivery, customs, import, or other costs incurred by the winner.
  6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: The method of winner selection for each promotion — either a random draw or a judged selection — will be stated in that promotion’s entry materials. Where a promotion is decided by random draw, SLS3 will use a verifiable random process, independent of SLS3’s influence. Where a promotion is decided by judged selection, the winner will be chosen by an independent judge or by a panel that includes an independent member. The winner will be notified by email within five days of the draw and must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize, after which SLS3 reserves the right to select an alternative winner. SLS3 will make available, on request, evidence that a valid award took place, and may publish the winner’s surname and county unless the winner objects.
  8. Use of Entrant Information: By entering, you agree that SLS3 may use your name, image, and any statements you provide about the Promotion for the purpose of announcing and publicising the winner, for 12 months from the date of selection, in accordance with SLS3’s Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting contact@slstri.com. SLS3 will handle your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless SLS3 and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from your participation in this Promotion or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
