What are the differences between your products
  1. Our clothing lines are set up in mostly two lines, the AG line, which stands for age group, a triathlon term for amateurs and our PRO line, which stands for professional. The biggest differences in these two suits is first design and aesthetic and second, material choice. The Pro uses slightly more premium materials, hence the slight price difference
  2. What are the differences in all the names of your products? Generally, our names just represent the design and aesthetic of the products. The real difference in the product will be AG or PRO
I’m in-between sizes, which one should I get
  1. If you’ve already looked at our sizing chart and are in-between sizes or can’t find the perfect size, feel free to send us a quick email: contact@slstri.com.
  2. If you want to make the purchase now and don’t want to wait for an email, we feel weight is the better indicator of fitting compared to height. ***Please note if you are within the weight, but more than 3 inches outside height, best to ask us.
What is the warranty
  1. All of our products come with a minimum 180-day warranty. Please observe the care instructions given for each garment.

Discount code not working
  1. Sometimes this happens, however it’s rare. If you were offered a discount code and it is not working, we will honor this promotion should it not be time sensitive. Just go through with the purchase and email contact@slstri.com

Most shipments will go out same or next day and come with standard 3-5 day shipping times, unless you paid for express
