NYLON/SPANDEX: Lightweight 4-way stretch 80% Nylon, 20% Spandex blend
Moves with you in every direction and provides optimal levels of sleek supportive compression, comfort and performance. It feels like a second skin.
LEG BANDS:
Soft 6cm wide ribbed leg bands with medium compressive grip
Provide muscle support and the hems stay in place without restriction.
CONSTRUCTION:
Flatlock clean finished seams

WAISTLINE:
Wide waistband with elastic
Lays flat on your waist and comfortably holds you in place when riding, pushing yourself from the wall or doing a doing a run.

BEFORE WASHING:
Empty pockets and fully zip prior to washing. Turn the garment inside out. Avoid washing your garment alongside items with velcro, snaps, or rough fabrics.
DETERGENTS:
Use mild detergent or soap designated for fine or delicate washables. Do NOT use fabric bleach or fabric softeners
WASHING & DRYING:
Cold water and hang dry.
POOL USE:
We don’t recommend frequent pool use. Overtime, the material will be compromised. Remember to thoroughly rinse your garment after every use. Chlorine is bleach needs to be thoroughly rinsed off.

I just took my first ride with these shorts. They were comfortable and didn't ride up. I'm 5'9 and 140lbs and bought the size Medium. They fit perfectly - snug, but not tight. Training for my 1st duathlon so I'm hoping to wear them running next.

The pad is too big for these little cycling shorts. It bunches up..and the material is so stretching that it feels loose by the end of the ride

I have only worn this twice, once at a practice swim in the ocean and once during my first triathlon. I have washed it 3 times and after the 3rd time the SLS3 logo peeled off, which I am fine with because it didn't leave a mark or any residue. It felt comfortable during each wear and worked great for the triathlon. I normally wear a size Large and ordered an Extra Large in this. The only negative is that it left me with small cuts almost all the way around my legs where the elastic ends at the bottom of the shorts. I didn't feel it during the triathlon, nor has it bothered me since, but it is just a bit strange.

These shorts are super comfortable and well made. I'd buy them again in a heart beat but I'd buy a size smaller than the chart says. I'm a pretty athletic build at 5'5" but have a 30" waist. The chart advised me to buy XL but it's too large for me. L might be just fine. I don't like things too tight but these may have slid off me if the legs weren't lightly hugging on. If I got the right size I these would be 5 star!
